Michael Darmody, Principal, has an MBA in strategic management from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and a Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson University in Toronto. He has a coaching certificate from the Executive Coaching Institute in Massachusetts. Eight years as an executive manager with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Canada and the United States allowed him to master the practices of leadership development and unparalleled customer service. He brings this expertise to companies in the hotel and other industries. Michael successfully applied leadership development and customer service principles in the non-profit sector for several years. Passionate about his field, Michael enjoys giving speeches to associations, groups and companies on the tremendous impact of leadership development on organizational results. He lives in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
