Leadership Development

The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) – this seminar derives from the best-selling book The Leadership Challenge by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. Considered by many to be the seminal work on leadership, it developed the LPI as a tool for managers to identify areas of strength, opportunities for growth and a means to measure improvement. The half-day workshop explains leadership using five core leadership practices, reviews and interprets the results of previously obtained 360 degree feedback, and helps participants create and commit to a plan of growth and improvement.

The Leadership Challenge Workshop – this two- or three day workshop provides a more intensive and comprehensive look at leadership development, delving more deeply into each of the five core leadership practices in the inventory. Goals are developed and commitments to growth and change are made. Participants can be further supported by arranging follow-up coaching over the next five-six months to help the new learning becomes permanent practice.
